Privacy notice

This notice explains how 4x4 Privé Car Wash ("data controller") processes personal data collected through its online booking system, in line with Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). The Turkish version is the binding text.

What we collect

Your full name, mobile number, and optionally your number plate and anything you write in the note field; plus the service, vehicle type, date and time you choose.

Why

To create, store and manage your booking; to contact you by phone, SMS or WhatsApp about it when needed; and to serve the right car at the right time.

Legal basis

KVKK Article 5/2-(c), processing necessary to enter into or perform a contract, and Article 5/2-(f), the legitimate interest of the data controller.

Sharing

We never share your data for marketing. It may be passed to the hosting, database and notification providers that run the booking system (including servers abroad), only for that purpose and only as far as needed.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for up to 2 years after the booking date, then deleted or anonymised.
